Curriculum Session: Prompting Like a Pro For Work

The quality of AI output is directly tied to the quality of the instructions it receives. In this interactive workshop, attendees will learn how to move beyond basic prompts and start communicating with AI in a way that produces more strategic, useful, and actionable results.

Facilitated by Aisha Ayse Evans, this session introduces the Head, Heart, Hands Framework, a practical approach to prompt engineering that helps users provide AI with the context, tone, and direction needed to generate high-quality outputs. Participants will discover why most AI frustrations are not technology problems—they are communication problems—and how a simple shift in prompting can dramatically improve results.
