Curriculum Session: Prompting Like a Pro For Work

The quality of AI output is directly tied to the quality of the instructions it receives. In this interactive workshop, attendees will learn how to move beyond basic prompts and start communicating with AI in a way that produces more strategic, useful, and actionable results.

Facilitated by Aisha Ayse Evans, this session introduces the Head, Heart, Hands Framework, a practical approach to prompt engineering that helps users provide AI with the context, tone, and direction needed to generate high-quality outputs. Participants will discover why most AI frustrations are not technology problems—they are communication problems—and how a simple shift in prompting can dramatically improve results.

Through live demonstrations and guided exercises, attendees will practice building prompts for real-world business scenarios, including content creation, communication, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making. The session also introduces the concept of Agentic AI and explores how professionals can move from simply asking AI questions to creating systems and workflows that work on their behalf.

What You'll Learn:

• Why effective prompting is the foundation of successful AI use
• The Head, Heart, Hands Framework for creating high-quality prompts
• How to provide context, tone, and direction that improves AI outputs

Format: Interactive workshop featuring live demonstrations, audience participation, hands-on prompt-building exercises, and practical frameworks attendees can immediately apply in their work and personal lives.
