Patryce Rispress has over 20 years of experience in Accounting and Tax preparation, holding roles such as CFO and Director of Finance. She is very active in her community and serves on multiple boards.
Patryce owns PAK Realty & Property Management, focusing on helping families buy or sell homes, and real estate flipping and investment. She also owns PAK Accounting, supporting small businesses and nonprofits with financial services, including managing government and federal grants. Through NC Nonprofits, she helps organizations achieve 501(c)(3) status, set up or clean up books, and more.
She holds a BA and an MSA in Accounting with a minor in Information Systems. In her personal time, she enjoys being with her family, traveling, cooking (including canning), and serving as her family’s unofficial historian.
