About me
Leland Chandler Baptist is a systems architect, business strategist, and lecturer in the Department of Information Systems and Supply Chain Management at the Bryan School of Business and Economics at UNCG. As founder of Ignite Business Software and managing director of Launch Consulting Co. LLC, he helps organizations streamline operations through AI-driven systems and scalable infrastructure.
Leland is a member of the National Black MBA Association - RDU Triad Chapter. He is the creator of the D.A.G. Framework (Define, Architect, Govern) and the C.L.E.A.R.™ Infrastructure, methodologies designed to improve operational efficiency and protect revenue. He recently earned his Global Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business, is continuing studies in Columbia University’s Information & Knowledge Strategy program, and was recently accepted into the PhD Project.
At the AI Readiness Summit, Leland brings a practical, hands-on approach to helping organizations implement responsible AI, strengthen data stewardship, and build sustainable operational frameworks.
