Jeanne Moe Robinson is the Founder and Chief AI Architect of KairosAI Solutions LLC, a Raleigh-based company helping small and mid-sized businesses harness AI through custom systems, workflow automation, and intelligent business solutions.
With nearly two decades of experience in enterprise IT, infrastructure, and client services, including roles at Verizon, AT&T, and Allscripts, Jeanne turned a career-defining challenge into an entrepreneurial breakthrough after being impacted by Verizon’s workforce reduction. She went on to complete Anthropic’s Claude AI certification programs, building expertise in prompt engineering, AI systems, and practical implementation before launching KairosAI Solutions.
Today, Jeanne is passionate about making enterprise-level AI accessible and affordable for growing businesses, helping organizations work smarter, automate repetitive tasks, and embrace innovation with confidence.
