Briana Faulk is a Principal Engineer at Dell Technologies, bringing over a decade of IT expertise specializing in datacenter infrastructure, cloud technologies, and advanced troubleshooting. In her role as a Designated Support Engineer for the PowerFlex team, she serves as a subject matter expert across PowerFlex OS, Kubernetes, PowerEdge servers, and complex networking environments.

A lifelong learner, Briana holds a degree in Computer Networking and a diploma in Cloud Technology (formerly Data Storage and Virtualization) from Wake Technical Community College, alongside various industry-recognized certifications. She also recently completed the Applied Data Science Program at MIT, specializing in leveraging AI for effective decisionmaking. Today, she strategically blends her deep datacenter and cloud infrastructure expertise with data science to pioneer tool enhancements and advanced AI integration.
