Aileah Olds is a construction project management professional and the founder of Casa Place, a platform using AI to help real estate and construction teams verify independent contractors, monitor compliance, and reduce operational risk before issues impact projects and transactions.
Her background spans project and program management across regulated industries, including HR, privacy compliance, and fintech. During the pandemic, she launched a real estate transaction support business, where she saw firsthand how teams relied on spreadsheets, fragmented communication, and manual follow-up to manage critical processes. Those challenges inspired her to create Casa Place.
A North Carolina native and graduate of Winston-Salem State University, Aileah is passionate about the future of AI, workforce innovation, and modernizing how the real estate and construction industries adopt technology.
