Rosa Williams (Oyeneye), MBA is a Leadership & Workforce Strategist, entrepreneur, and community builder dedicated to advancing economic opportunity, leadership access, and professional growth for underrepresented communities. With more than 15 years of experience spanning corporate talent leadership, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit leadership, Rosa has led workforce and talent initiatives within global organizations including DocuSign and Palo Alto Networks.
Rosa currently serves as President of the RDU Triad Chapter of the National Black MBA Association, where she leads initiatives centered on leadership development, entrepreneurship, AI readiness, workforce advancement, and economic empowerment. Through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and thought leadership, she is passionate about helping professionals and organizations prepare for the future of work while ensuring innovation remains inclusive, accessible, and community-centered.
Rosa is the Founder & Principal of EverRecruit Talent Advisory, a firm focused on talent strategy, workforce transformation, coaching, and fractional talent solutions for organizations navigating growth, innovation, and the evolving future of work. Rosa is also the founder of RowHosts LLC, a hospitality company, and previously owned and operated a multi-market Chefs for Seniors franchise serving communities across North Carolina.
