With over 10 years of mortgage underwriting experience, I bring a deep understanding of the financial industry's complexities and the attention to detail it demands. My career has taken me through some of the most recognized names in lending including Wells Fargo, Chase, and due diligence work with Maxwell, giving me a well-rounded perspective on risk, compliance, and the mechanics of how financial decisions are made at scale.
Today, I serve with the NC Office of the Commissioner of Banks, where I continue to apply that expertise in a regulatory environment focused on protecting consumers and maintaining the integrity of the financial system.I'm passionate about the intersection of finance and technology, specifically how AI can be a practical tool, not just a buzzword.
